It might be a language thing, but I have no idea what you mean by
"actualization" in this context.
Defn: to make actual  or real; turn into action or fact.
How can a vote according to a process NOT turn into fact, if the fact
is defined as being created by the action of voting?

There's a process, everything was done according to the process,
that's fair and transparent. If any changes need to be done, there's
processes for that too (working groups).

I don't see how my mind is not open, as I have not put MY pov at all,
as to whether it should be changed or not. I have made no value
judgements, only attempted to remind people what the process is, so
that it can be applied fairly and consistently (extremely  important
for transparency)
