Dear Carlos,
I participated significantly to both Lacralo and ALAC activities in Costa
Rica. I respect you and Jose very much professionally, but that being said
I expect the same mutual respect from you. You are probably well aware that
cannot bear baseless attacks, especially when they come from intelligent
people.
It is true I am a lawyer, but more importantly I am someone that cares
about LACRALO and process. If there is a failure I am happy to treat with
it but you must articulate this clearly. Please appreciate that if you want
your argument to be understood you must explain and build your point.
Frankly, I do not know what you are talking about, I do not know why you
would attack me personally (and attempt to accuse others as well) when you
have an obvious problem with a process scenario, and I do not understand
why you fail to review the transcript (do not speak to your organisation's
representatives or didn't yourself attend the LACRALO meetings in Costa
Rica).
You do not wish to acknowledge my acceptable response to you on this point,
therefore out of respect for you and LACRALO members. The only logical next
step is for me to defer to others in ALAC and staff to explain. I am guided
accordingly, but hope at some point you will take the time to celebrate
with us in ISOCTT's accreditation. We have the same objectives, let us
build LACRALO!
