Dear Secretariat,

I seconded the nomination of Mr. Roosevelt O King from BANGO. I believe
that Roosevelt would give a valauable conrtibution to the entrie LACRALO
region as he has dispalyed such in Costa Rica to be fair and faciliataing
to the spirit of participation during the meetings. Right now the LACRALO
and by extension the ALSes need every effort be made to more particiaption
that can generate more support of the LACRALO by internet users in this
region.

>From my association's experience BANGO has been always supporting to
empower various associations to be participate in civil governence and to
this attribute I feel confient in Mr. Roosevelt's contribution as the
Secretariat. A man of hard work and consistency able to promote healthy
participation can be added to the already good leadership that the LACRALO
have already experience. Thank you for accepting my endorsement for the
nomination Mr. Roosevelt O King.
