 Dear Members of At-Large 








 The At-Large Working Group Rules of Procedure (ROP WG) as part WAS CREATED 
 of the ALAC / At-Large Improvements Project to Conduct a complete review of 
 the ALAC's Rules of Procedure. 


 This review will include consideration of the role, selection process and 
 term length of the ALAC Chair and Vice Chairs. 


 Cheryl Langdon-Orr, the Chair of This WG has Requested to call for 
 membership. The Chair is seeking at least two to Have Representatives from 
 the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) and two regional members from Each 
 RALO. 


 If you are interested in. ROP joining the WG, please be so kind to declare 
 your interest to At-Large staff at: staff at atlarge.icann.org by 30 March, 
 2012. At-Large Staff will add your name to the list of members.
