 2012 for consideration by the General Assembly LACRALO. 

 Both motions must be considered and approved by the General Assembly for any 
 elections to occur. 
 A failure of the motion for suspension of rule 13.1 automatically mean 
 failure of the motion to suspend Rule 13.2. 

 The estimated time to review any proposals and have the 
 election of the President and the Secretariat is 2 1/2 to 3 hours. 

 Note that a motion not to suspend Rule 13.3, the names must be 
 finalized 48 hours before the General Assembly.
