[lac-discuss-en] RES: Proposed Provisional Agenda LACRALO CR 2012 General Assembly

It's hard to comment given that there's no timings attached, but I was
under the impression that one of the major points of the meeting in
Costa Rica (per the proposal for funding) was to analyse the reasons
for non-participation in LACRALO and develop solutions for same. The
agenda seems to have a huge focus on procedural issues and very little
focus on this, one of the main reasons that was advanced in the
funding proposal for the meeting.
