Might I suggest an estimation of the amount of time to be allotted for each
item, as proposed?

Be sure the estimate include the time for reading the appropriate
resolution into the record.  Otherwise, we must negotiate the wording of
all resolutions before hand.

Rule of thumb: you manage what you count.
