Dear Vanda,

If the desicion to credit is based on the number of members and their
Potential Association of Notaries of Uruguay should aprovarse as
is an association that prior research, after talking with several of his
members who contacted me personally, it has great potential
work and many in between which we should find someone
of interest.

I think the parameters that have ALAC
# minimumcriteria criteria http://www.atlarge.icann.org/en/framework.htm
minimum must be taken into account.

I welcome your comments

Regards

JosArce

I disagree from your position Sylvia, everybody today is an internet user.
Different points of view will LACRALO Enhance participation and Associations
Participants are the best for ours since RALOS They Have Several members,
and can have a good chance to Collaborate!
Kisses

Subject: Regional councils in 3 applications with ALS
From: devtee at gmail.com

Dear All,

The regional council below presents the ALAC in after 3
ALS applications

1.-Association of Professional Notaries of Uruguay Pblicos \\ \\
(Association
Notaries OF URUGUAY) - Pending LACRALO Regional Councils.

Membership is established in the Association of Professional Notary public of
Uruguay estabierto to Notaries registered in Uruguay only and not
Internet end users. With the organization that subcomitde
occupies
issues relacina jurdicas in IT, the organization is not
structured to support individual Internet users informtbNL> <tbSP 0> participation in ICANN issues and activities.

As the regional council is to establish this organization as a
At-Large Structure.

2. Even Associao National Digital - ANID

The members of this organization are companies and services
Internet
Suppliers and users finales.Por Moreover, a revision of the
objectives
of this organization shows an emphasis on activities related to
capacitacin development of its members in support of business
development and not to individual Internet users
participation in ICANN issues and activities.

While this organization may be involved in other areas of
ICANN,
the regional council is to establish this organization as a At-Large
Structure.

3. The Ecuadorian Association of Free Software (TICS GC DTECH ECUADOR
TECH)

We have reviewed the application of ALS while the
organization
objective is not directly related to the Internet, taking into account the
including final
users of the organization, and
a long discussion with one of its members believe that their inclusion
can contribute much to the discussion of issues related to ICANN
and
activities.

Thus, the regional council is to establish this organization as a
At-Large Structure.

Best regards,

Dev Anand Teelucksingh
LACRALO Secretariat
