 First I want to congratulate everyone who made it possible 
 we make all these events from LACRALO, in Costa Rica 
 thank everyone who supported us to be true. 
 Now we have the opportunity to meet everyone face to face to deal with

 possibilities offered by ICANN regarding the capacitacin that 
 requested. 


 That's why, in connection with such Capacitacin Program, I
