This could be a good idea if we fail to make our GA in Costa Rica.

But in this case the resources needed might be greater than the one needed
for the GA in CR.
Perhaps we could start working to make the AG in conjunction with LACIGF
this year (usually done in August and we would be facing an ICANN new
fiscal year, and maybe we could count with their financial support).

It is an interesting plan B that could be consider....
