[lac-discuss-en] [lac-discuss-es] LACRALO document on the draft declaration on the ALAC Review Working Group draft Geographic Regions english & spanish

I checked the LACRALO mailing list archives and did not see any
request for comments on this document in draft form, so it's kind of
strange that the final comes out like this, straight from the working
group with no pass through the main list for comment and input from
ALL. I was not a member of the working group, but didn't realise that
by not being on the working group I would give up all rights to
comment on a document that is purporting to be the position of ALL the
 Latin American AND CARIBBEAN ALSes.
This document does not reflect the input of the Caribbean, and in some
points directly contradicts our stated position. If that happens, then
the only fair way to put it in a document is to identify areas of
disagreement and send BOTH positions to ALAC. Jacqueline A. Morris
