Happy birthday, LACRALO.   And congrats to all the midwives that assisted
its birth.  FWIW, there was a time when we were leaders; LACRALO led the
way for all other RALOs.

On a personal note, this thing has not lived up to my lofty expectations,
for sure.  But I don't believe all is lost. As Jacqueline noted, this is a
good time for reflection...and defining the way forward.
