[lac-discuss-en] European Court of Justice on Internet Filtering

This decision is indeed a welcome relief because the Court agrees that the
presumption to privacy on the Internet cannot be so readily denied
or encroached.

The ruling rejects the 'everyone is a criminal' approach and recommend that
IP owners alleging injury must identify the individual source and then
pursue their legal redress of grievance against that entity.
