We didn't decide anything as far as I know. The report splits the english
speaking caribbean. I disagree with it and prefer that the islands stay
together. There is no logic that can justify putting 2 countries that are
less than 100 miles apart, with the same language, history & culture, in
two different regions. I refer to T&T and Barbados. This division is
ridiculous. If we move, we should all move, or all stay.
