 2) the state of the bylaw amendments LACRALO 
 3) the proposed discusin the diversity requirement LACRALO 
 ALAC representatives (one representative from ALAC The region should be 
 Caribbean, a representative from ALAC should be of the Amrican Regina

 4) the discusin of the proposal to address ALSes inactive.This is 
 discuss the meeting of the Secretariat during the ICANN reunin 
 Dakar, where RALO common proposals will work to address
