[lac-discuss-en] Outcome of LACRALO Teleconference -Thursday, 15 September 21:00 UTC

Hi: How about our representatives? I can accept a sudden event wich make unavailable somebody at the teleconference call, BUT there are many of ALS leaders who usually mention the word apology always. The LACRALO call is since the begining the third thursday of every month, is  comunicated and re comunicated with enough time, I can not understand, so, what happen, why our representatives are repetitives in his/her absenses. They expressed her/his commitment but, however are absent in the call. In my country this attitude is called irresponsability and lack of compromise. There are others, even in the call, who are absents because know nothing about we talk. And finally there are others who directly no send her/his apologies. We need change urgently this situation. I guess. What do you think about, please be honest and nothing of apologies, I particularly tired of this attitudes
