Regrettably, the LACRALO Teleconference call on Thursday September 15
2011 had only 4 persons attending the call:
Dev Anand Teelucksingh, Cintra Sooknanan, Sylvia Herlin Leite and
Aislan Vargas with apologies received from
Sergio Salinas Porto, Natalia Enciso, Alberto Soto and Carlos Vera.

The call was adjourned at 21:30 UTC.
