[lac-discuss-en] Nomination​s of delegates from LACRALO for the Nominating Committee

Dear All,

In the interests of transparency, the LACRALO chair and secretariat
are obliged to report an error in producing the spreadsheet to
calculate the weighted vote for the preferred delegate from LACRALO to
NomCom.

Carlos Vera is still the preferred candidate with 50.3 % of the
weighted vote instead of 53.03% while Jacqueline Morris is unchanged
at 29.16%

The reason for the error was due to an incorrect country coefficient
assigned to the following ALSes:

AUI Peru - was 6.67 (incorrect) instead of 3.33 (correct)
ISOC Peru - was 6.67 (incorrect) instead of 3.33 (correct)
Asociación CONEXIÓN al Desarrollo de El Salvador - was 2.22
(incorrect) instead of 6.67 (correct)
