Again this is not the point. The point is that if we have a process, relevant or not, internal or external, mandatory or not.. It must be fair.

I understand it's somebody else choice.. But actually we have a process and it has to conclude even if you are not going to consider it at all... (Because of bylaws)

What or Who is this "Your Candidate" referred to   and really  you don't
even need to answer that so treat it as rhetorical....    However worthy of
note is the FACT at this point ALAC does not HAVE any candidate (list
exclusive or otherwise that is complete,  we have asked Regions  for
recommendations  we will consider what we get when we get it from all the
RALO's and then look to appointment from or beyond any list supplied for our
consideration in due course => All based on ICANN ByLaw requirements as it
needs to be.... Simple as that...
