My Brother Carlos:
I am very pleased to see this follow-up proposal. Because not only does it
move us forward together, it reinforces my belief that reasonable men and
women can always find a way to work together for the common goal.

I understand the objective of your proposal is for Jose to become an
understudy if the consensus choice is Vanda. I am in full agreement,
subject only to ensuring that we do not run afoul of LACRALO rules.

I would therefore ask that you look closely at Jacqueline's subsequent
proposal and see if this would be agreeable.

Warmest regards,
Carlton
