[lac-discuss-en] Call for candidates for the position for LACRALO president

*Dear Members of LACRALO*:

                                            I take some time to evaluate the
proposal to run for President of LACRALO, a proposal supported by several
people on the list; support that I appreciate sincerely.

I decided to accept the challenge and take it with the greatest
responsibility and commitment. My acceptance is part of an election
process(in line of thought with Carlos Vera and Alejandro Pisanty),
where
candidates present their thoughts and express what think about the present
and future of the region.

Here the priority is about the Unit and growth of the RALO and I hope
everyone sees this and all feel free to run for this position and vote
freely, which is ultimately what needs LACRALO.
