There are quite a few issues in the last paragraph, not least the
concept of "one-off". It would be much better for the paragraph to
reiterate our continuing demand for a periodic recurring End Users
Summit as well as the regional GAs, and to have these budgeted for by
ICANN in a consistent and equitable way.
We should not have to be jury-rigging the budget to have such events.
