 concerned. 
 On the other hand I anticipate that potential is being discussed 
 changes in the composition of our region and we have to discuss 
 whether we accept that 9 countries (the Caribbean all of them) are outside 
 LACRALO and rejoin NARALO. 
 We will send report of what happened in Singapore, the same being 
 made by some members who are participating here.
