 Attached is what the EURALO intends to do. Our current wording 
 the following: 




 &quot;When a representative of ALS not vote in three elections 
 consecutive NARALO 
 or furnish a commentary on ICANN policy through 
 collaboration 
 At-Large discussion lists in 12 consecutive months, automatically 
 lose their right to vote and status within the NARALO. The Commonwealth should 


 be notified of the status change and may regain their right to vote 
 active 
 state if in the next 12 months, or participate in online vote 
 debates, otherwise the President shall submit an application to ALAC 


 the certification of the commonwealth. &quot; 




 The above text makes it so no idle ALS 
 adversely affect our 
 quorum. Have never taken the step of de-certification of a 
 ALS. Â I can do that any comments you have about our 
 process? We 
 discuss this in Singapore.
