* Dear fellow lacralo *:

                                                     Previous mail I
commenting that had happened in the webinar of the UDRP so important that
was. And after a long time opens the possibility of revising
policies, with many interests at stake, many players involved and
therefore many Internet end-users who will be affected by
them.

                                                     In continuation of this
task is to remain open for public comment
http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/ # prelim-report-udrp I invite you
to join me in the task of being able to produce a document
ALAC and hand raise before maturity on July 15.

                                                    ICANN's staff is
seeking comments on its preliminary report of UDRP * Preliminary Issue
Report on the Current State of the Uniform Dispute Resolution
Policy <http://gnso.icann.org/issues/prelim-report-current-state-udrp-27may11
-En.pdf>
[PDF, 2.25 MB].

                                                     The report describes
how the UDRP has addressed the problem of cybersquatting to
date, and makes recommendations on whether the GNSO Council should be
reviewer of the UDRP.

Specifically, this report addresses:
1) How the UDRP has addressed the problem of cybersquatting
to date, and gaps or inequalities associated with
process.
2) If the definition of cybersquatting inherent in the current language of
Uniform policy should be revised or updated.

                                                    The GNSO is already
http://gnso.icann.org/issues/udrp/ working on these issues, and Carlos
Aguirre is one of those integrating the working group will
looking to develop a PDP on this issue.

                                                   Those who could not
participate in the webinar are able to do to revive in
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsoudrpdt/Webinar+on+the+Current+State+
of + the + UDRPteniendo
it lasts 2 hours and 25 minutes.

                                                    What I like is
involved someone who will attend the next meeting of
ICANN in Singapore since June 22 at 08:30 pm (Singapore) in
"Raffles Ballroom" will be held on "The Current State of the
UDRP <http://singapore41.icann.org/node/24551> ".
For the moment whether there will be no remote participation.

Greetings

Jose Arce .-
