 I agree with Fatima. 
 These issues are still open and being worked by a particular WG 
 trained for this purpose. 
 To my understanding the WG is working and it was understood that only when 
 finish the work group would send the findings to the list 
 LACRALO.

 I see that most of the topics covered in this document are Google 
 items included in the Working Group to amend the Constitution and 
 the Rules of Procedure of LACRALO. 
 I do not understand why you, as Secretary, choose to send all these 
 issues to the public list. Is this working group is still working? 
 Does not work anymore? Would not it have been proper consultation with the Group 
 Working? What is the purpose of sending this information to the list 
 public? 
 We would greatly appreciate help me understand ....
