 I see MOST of Topics Covered in this Google Doc included in the Issues Are 
 Working Group to Amend Bylaws and Rules of Procedure of LACRALO. 
 I do not understand why you as Secretary, decided to send to All These Matters 
 the public list. WG is this still working? Does not work anymore? Would it 
 Have Been Appropriate Prior Consultation with the Working Group? What is the 
 purpose of sending this information to the public list?
