Dear LACRALO Members,

On behalf of the ALAC we ask you to please review the proposed ICANN meeting
dates 2014 ­ 2016 to ensure that they do not collide with important regional
holidays and celebrations. You can find the PDF document with the proposed
calendar dates at:
http://meetings.icann.org/calendar/dates-14-16-en.pdf.

The proposed dates have been selected based on a careful review of important
holidays and community events around the globe.

Please send your comments on the proposed meeting dates to this mailing list
by Sunday, 6 March. The ALAC will compile the regional input into a
Statement which will be sent to the corresponding public consultation
process before the 8 March deadline.
