Dear All : I`ve just saw the email below, and my surprise was very big, because:  1 of 2 our ALAC elected Regional representatives, decided NO participate in the poll. I would like to know why? what about you? what was the motivation to decide by himself? after he ask about our opinion. maximun when there are three LACRALO members in the WG (one co-chair), and It seems to me all of them deserve our support. (even being I one of them).
