Dear All:  

I want clarify the Sergio's words, because he commited a big mistake (of course unvoluntary) when he said : "the final conclusion of JAS WG".

ALAC is putting in consideration the ALAC members, only their revised WG charter. not a conclusion or something similar.
 
The original charter was aproved by ALAC a few months ago (when I was liaison on the JAS WG). After of this event, GNSO gave a different charter, after discuss it at GNSO Council.

 So, JAS WG was working, from that moment, with two different charters.
 
Today, ALAC has modified their original charter, to try achieved a shared charter with GNSO. 
This is wich ALAC is voting, NOT the approbation of JAS WG work.
