[lac-discuss-en] Call for Volunteer from LACRALO for Budget and Finance Subcommittee

Dear All,

There is no problem to have a primary representative and an alternate from
LACRALO on the ALAC Finance and Budget Subcommittee.

Also there is consensus between the two nominees for Cintra Sooknanan to be
the primary and Jessel Ackbarali the alternate.
My recommendation is to accept these representatives. And to thank both of
them for volunteering!
