[lac-discuss-en] participation & engagement

Dear Carlos,

I want you to know that I do understand your point.

We are on both ends of the scale and it is important that we find
equilibrium so that --

On one end we do not encourage ALSes who do not contribute to the important
issues of ICANN and are piggy-backing on others' contributions

AND

On the other hand we are able to help ALSes who may not be quite sure of
their place and niche in LACRALO.

It is a delicate balance but I think it is possible to achieve.
