I agree that LACNIC and LACTLD are a great stepping stone into ICANN issues.
I attended both before the meeting in Cartagena.

In the year that there is no ICANN meeting in the LAC region, both LACTLD
and LACNIC events are better suited for our proposed Annual General Assembly
as well as other LACRALO contact sessions.
