I`m particularly very interested why you and Sergio have voted in that way (I think the regional leaders are interested too).

The explanation of the issue : "single character IDN TLDs" is a manner to make outreach and capacity building, if you and Sergio have voted on this matter, I`m sure you (both) have a strong and fresh knowledge about this. So I imagine would be easy for you make a simple view about this subject.  The region is waiting clarification about this Internet important and sensitive matter. thanks
