ICANN has announced that Rodrigo de la Parra, the Director General of
Prospective Regulation of Mexico’s Federal Commission of
Telecommunications (Cofetel), will join ICANN as their new
representative to the Latin American region.

Rodrigo de la Parra, once served as the Mexican representative to the
Governmental Advisory Committee.
