Pierre I knew it in my first meeting ICANN in 2005, was member of 
Board but after that I did not have but contact so I do not have base stops 
to think on its meritos.  
 
With Sebastian I shared 3 years in ALAC, was Vice Chair and great worker. 
Speech three languages that can be a great advantage. Of that knowledge 
I conclude that it is a type it jeopardize with the users. He was the main one 
promoter of the summit of users in Mexico the last year. 
 
With Alan I shared three years in ALAC. It is an enabled, intelligent type, with 
great knowledge, but are individualistic, work single and it does not consider 
other opinions but that the own ones, are not team to worker nor I feel it 
it jeopardize with the users.
