Carlos: I can say the same than Fatima said last week: the participation Born in each of one of leadears who can participate !. Was my humble impression about this issue. I don`t want to create a big discussion about that.
On the other side, to discuss about the candidates we need to know about them. Again, the mayority have not idea about.
