 Dear all,
Included the updated version of the draft charter for Joint DNS Security and
Stability Analysis Working Group ( redline and clean).
This version should reflect the the discussion, comments and input from the
first call.

Included in the redline version are comments re questions and remarks from
Sebastien and for explanation.

The major changes are:


   - Refinement of the scope to avoid overlap with existing ongoing work in
   particular with ICANN’s SSR RT
   - Inclusion Membership criteria
   - Need to sign Non-Disclosure by members of sub-group in case that group
   needs to access and confidential or proprietary material. This is based on
   assumption as discussed that a sub-group of the WG will be created for that
   purpose (included in Section 3).
   - Combination of Alternative I and II on membership, support and
   organization (section 3).


Please note that it is open and for further discussion whether or not to
 include as part of Section 3:


   1. Statement of Interest (section 3.4)
   2. Detailed arrangement on working group methodology (section 3.7).

These sections are marked (yellow) in the document.
