Two person in the list (of which I have leido hardly in these interchanges) we have consulted concretely on the subject and actors without receiving direct answer.
The email interchanges become dialogos between two or three members without order nor relation always with the marrow of the treaty, whichadded to tens of amails, tens of lists and little time which we have does not stimulate and but or it intimidates the participants.
I see obvious that there is to improve the relation signal to noise between us and to stimulate the participation with pertinencia and relevance of the information, that it is possible to be obtained from the contributions that several have made to the debate and to those who is thanked for to them...
I am ready to contribute with proposals of promotion of the participation if the interest exists

A minority of ALSes in LACRALO (11 of 36) expressed publicly diverse
opinions about the possibility of peticionar that anyone of the 19
candidates can be in the final short list for the Voting Director of
AT Large.
Nevertheless, most of these requests they were pronounced in the senseof
that LACRALO would not have to request that nobody (anyone is the reasons) of those
19 candidates get up themselves to the present short list.
