Alexander, all,
I am in agreement with vos in the point in which you say that we are not in
conditions for making a decision by at this moment not to have discussed
the sufficient east subject, from LACRALO.
Today it overcomes the term to express to us. We already lost our opportunity.
Agreement with Sylvia in which now we must focus in the three candidates
that they were chosen by the Work group.
Those that we participated in the different lists from ICANN discussion and we were
following all this process, always we had to disposition all
information and already we knew that those were few days that were stops
to express to us. (Even, and corríjanme if I am mistaken, this seems to me that
it spoke in a teleconferencing). In addition a mail was sent to this list where
very few people expressed themselves.
The information is available for all, the debates are available
to be initiated by who has interest in doing it, to the space
we have. It is not only responsibility of the leaders, is responsibility of
all those that we participated in LACRALO to involve and to participate to us. If it does not have
interest, to the people cannot be forced....
Surely this experience is going to serve all to us to be diligentes
(with the times) in next situations.
