Personally the answer of Dev generated a great disappointment to me. 

When our SoI requested to us and a Currículum like additional, I tookit in 
serious, I presented/displayed it in time and forms and I triedto describe the reasons by 
those that interest to me to integrate the ALAC. 

When 2 of the 4 candidates did not present/display its SoI surprised to me very many 
and I thought that it was a pity that - formal but for this reason important 
they were outside. 

Soon, the breach came the answer from Dev guaranteeing of 
candidates, which surprised to me still more. 

If they do not fulfill this formal exigency in a process that is very 
interested, what is going to do when they must fulfill obligations in 
scopes that do not attract so much to them. We will see...

parameters, in our Operative Principles and Rules of Procedure, that 
allow to prevent a candidate to be chosen to represent LACRALO. This 
Presidency is not considered in a legitimacy position to establish 
requirements that our statutes do not request, to this end. 

Exactly this guard relation with the attempts to cause reforms in 
the Statutes. Not even the main target of LACRALO - 
participation is a requirement of admissibility for a candidate today. 

Perhaps this I raise is a good departure point to reach an agreement and 
to define if he is desirable that we define requirements of this nature.
