Please note that the only authorized voters for this election are the LACRALO ALS representatives according to the list attached below.

Please note that this vote is NOT ANONYMOUS and will be publicly archived. As per rule 12.9 of the LACRALO rules of procedure, a coefficient will be applied to the raw votes to determine the final result.  (see LACRALO ROP under https://st.icann.org/lacralo/index.cgi?ralo_organising_documents)
