I´m very happy, finally we will have a Paraguayan ALS. 
I know this new organization and specially one of its members, Natalia
Enciso, who is a fellowship alumini from ICANN program. She is very
hardworking and intelligent and has a lot of expirience in digital law.

This is to inform you that we received an ALS application from Paraguayan
Association of Information Technology Law (APADIT). It is based in Asunción,
Paraguay and would be a member of LACRALO if accepted.

Please find the application form attached. The regional liaison for Latin
America has been informed and will provide us with due diligence for this
application in due course.
