[lac-discuss-en] La traducción automatizada para LACRALO discute la lista

Dear Carlton, I totally understand and agree what u are saying here. It's hard to be writing and following arguments in both languages but many of us are also able to do that. 

We do need to check the translation tools. But meanwhile, we should keep in mind the english speaking folks from the Caribbean. Is a circle, and we need to cut that down. Is harder for them to be connected to the discussions in spanish, so we just get imput from a short number of fellows.
