The last general assembly of Regional Organization AT-Large 
Latin American and from the Caribbean (LACRALO) it took place in Mexico, in the month 
of March of 2009, when the selection of the president was made and 
secretary. 
According to the operative principles of the Regional Organization 
Latin American AT-Large and of the Caribbean (LACRALO) and to the rules of 
Procedure, (https://st.icann.org/lacralo/index.cgi?ralo_organising_documents) 
the mandate term of the President and the secretary of 
Latin American Regional organization AT-Large and of the Caribbean (LACRALO) 
she is of a year. 
 
The present president is Andrés Piazza of AGEIA DENSI, and is arranged 
to evolve in the position by another mandate term. 
 
The present secretary is Dev Anand Teelucksingh of the Society 
Computer science of Trinidad and Tobago, and is arranged to evolve in 
the position by another mandate term. 
 
Although in the general assembly of the last year and in the recent one 
teleconferencing of Latin American Regional Organization AT-Large and 
of the Caribbean (LACRALO) celebrated the 18 of February of 2010, it had 
discussions with respect to which such civil employees evolve during 
mandate term of two years, is necessary to confirm with 
members of the LACRALO one such modification of the mandate term. 
 
Since these civil employees only can be chosen by an assembly 
general of Latin American Regional Organization AT-Large and of 
The Caribbean (LACRALO), the intention is to celebrate a virtual assembly in 
case that any representative of Structures AT-Large exists 
credited in Latin American Regional Organization AT-Large and 
of the Caribbean (LACRALO), that wishes to postulate itself stops: 
 
- the position of LACRALO president 
 
- the position of LACRALO secretary 
 
These representatives MUST send an electronic mail to 
secretariat (admin at ttcsweb.org) within the period of two weeksa 
to start off of the date of the present publication. 
Of not existing such postulations, then the president and 
secretary will be reelected to evolve during another year a 
to start off of the date of shipment of this message, and the virtual assembly no
