[lac-discuss-en] Folleto/brouchure

First, I (and I am certain all ALSes in LACRALO) must commend the
efforts of Sergio and Fátima on the LACRALO brochure.

Nevertheless, I have some suggestions for the brochure :

1) The order of the quotations about LACRALO ("LACRALO as defined by
its members" / "LACRALO según sus miembros")  by
ALS representatives should be in the alphabetical order of the first
names of the ALS representatives, similar
to EURALO's brochure. Therefore the sequence of quotations should be
from Andres, Antonio, Dev, Sergio, Sylvia.

2) change photo used in the "About Us" / "Quiénes somos" section of
the LACRALO brochure to that used
in the very first draft

because the photo in the first draft shows ALSes in LACRALO working.
