Dear Matias:Greetings.

I have been following the discussion and believe this initiative worthy of
our broadest support. Indeed, any initiative that seeks to lay down a
common standard and international ground rules for privacy is deserving of
our attention and support.

I am absolutely certain that I am born to certain freedoms which are
inalienable; I have an absolute right to privacy, in my thoughts, my
correspondence and my home.

I have forwarded the links to my cluster of contacts and intend to sign the
petition.

Best,
Carlton
