Dear All,

This is to inform you that on September 31st 2009, we received a note of
resignation from VINCULART A.C., an ALS based in Mexico. The representative
of VINCULART A.C. has been removed from the ALS contact database which now
contains a total of 31 ALSes in LACRALO.
