Estimados, 

Con respecto a las próximas elecciones, queríamos confirmar la lista de
representantes de los ALS que van a participar en las elecciones
electrónicas así como los correos electrónicos para enviar los documentos
para participar en el voto. Por favor, véase la lista de representantes de
los ALS y sus contactos en el archivo adjunto.

Aquel mensaje se envía a todos los representantes de los ALS, con copia a la
lista de distribución del LACRALO. Por favor, responda a nosotros hasta
viernes, 28 de agosto en caso de que se debe cambiar alguna información.
SOLAMENTE necesita responder a aquel mensaje si la información con respecto
a su ALS es INCORRECTA. Por favor, no responda a todos los destinatarios,
simplemente puede enviar un mensaje a staff at atlarge.icann.org. Vamos a
enviarles una lista actualizada antes del inicio de las elecciones.

El anterior representante de la Asociación Costarricense de Derecho
Informático nos informó que su ALS no está activa y que no tiene
representante en este momento. Por eso, no le añadimos a la lista de
votantes calificados. Contáctanos por favor antes del viernes, 28 de agosto,
en el caso de que la situación de aquel ALS haya cambiada.

El voto sobre el candidato de preferencia para Nomcom que será presentado al
ALAC empezará el sábado, 29 de agosto y terminará el martes, 2 de
septiembre. Vamos a enviarles los documentos para participar en el voto a
los representantes principales el sábado.

Dear All, 

In view of the upcoming At-Large elections, we would like to confirm the ALS
representatives participating in the online election and the email address
where the voting credentials will be sent to. Attached below you find a list
with all regional ALSes representatives and the corresponding contacts
according to our current information.

This email is sent to all ALS representatives and copied to the LACRALO
mailing list.  Please respond to us by Friday, 28th August, if the
information for your ALS needs to be changed. You ONLY need to reply to this
message if the information for your ALS is INCORRECT. Please do not reply to
all, you can simply send a message to staff at atlarge.icann.org. We will send
out an updated list before the start of the elections.

With regards to the Asociación Costarricense de Derecho Informático, we have
been informed by the previous representative that the ALS is currently
inactive and does not have a representative. We therefore did not add this
ALS to the list of eligible voters. Please get in contact with us before
Friday, 28th August, in case the situation regarding this ALS has changed.

The vote on the preferred regional candidate to the NomCom will start on
Saturday, August 28th and run until Tuesday, September 1st. You will receive
a personal email with your voting credentials on Saturday.
