Finally, expressed recognition of  what is at stake here and the requirement
for full engagement by ICANN!

Security and stability of the Internet is the single most potent wedge issue
that fuels the post-JPA jitters - and the various proposals for retention,
in whole or part or the full replacement of the JPA regime - for some
powerful interests.
